How it works for Custom Shirt Trims

Send us your logo or print design: Submit your logo/design for the custom trim to info@legacy.essexclassics.com
Proof Creation: We will create a strike-off (small, printed sample of trim fabric) and send that to you for approval. That will take approximately 3 weeks.
Production Begins: Once the strike-off is approved, your project enters production. At this time, 50% of the total cost of your order is due.
Shipping: Once production is finished, items are shipped to our warehouse via boat. Air shipping is available for an additional cost.
Delivery: Shipping costs from our warehouse to your location will be added to the remaining 50% of the total order cost and provided to you in a final invoice. We'll ship your order via UPS from our warehouse once we have received the balance due.
Minimum Order: 50 Talent Yarn shirts with an additional fee. Orders of 100 or more shirts does not incur an additional fee.

All 50 shirts must be long sleeve or short sleeve. You cannot mix the two sleeve lengths to reach the 50-shirt minimum.
You can combine girls and ladies styles to meet the 50-shirt minimum.

Cost: Orders of 100 or more shirts are the same price as in-stock shirts. Orders of 50 – 99 shirts incur a fee of $10 additional per shirt.
Proof Creation Time: 2 – 3 weeks
Production Time: 4-6 months
